Standard Shipping ($12.95): 10-15 day delivery via DHL/FedEx with tracking
Free Shipping (orders over $50): 15-25 day delivery via EMS
How long does order processing take?
We take 1-2 business days to carefully prepare your order. During peak seasons (especially our popular boot months), processing may occasionally take slightly longer – we’ll notify you if this affects your order.
Will I need to pay customs fees?
For international orders, any customs or import duties are the responsibility of the customer. These fees vary by country and are not included in your order total.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We offer 15-day returns from the delivery date. Items must be unworn, in original condition with all tags attached. Please email us at [email protected] to initiate a return.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. International refunds may take additional time depending on your bank.
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we process returns for refunds only. For a different size or style, please place a new order and return the original item following our return process.
